
Chocolate Fudge
A creamy, rich chocolate dessert that’s quick and easy to make at home.
Ingredients
- 200g dark chocolate
- 1 cup condensed milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla essence (optional)
- Cocoa powder or nuts for topping (optional)
Steps
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter and condensed milk together over low heat.
- Add chopped chocolate and stir continuously until fully melted.
- Once smooth, add vanilla essence.
- Pour mixture into a lined baking tray and spread evenly.
- Optional: sprinkle nuts or cocoa powder on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours until set.
- Cut into pieces and serve.
