  1. In a medium saucepan, melt butter and condensed milk together over low heat.
  2. Add chopped chocolate and stir continuously until fully melted.
  3. Once smooth, add vanilla essence.
  4. Pour mixture into a lined baking tray and spread evenly.
  5. Optional: sprinkle nuts or cocoa powder on top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours until set.
  7. Cut into pieces and serve.
