The Italian delicacy known as panna cotta, or cooked cream, is smooth and creamy. It is light, melts in the mouth, and is often served with fruits, chocolate, or syrup. The best part isโit looks fancy but is actually very simple to make at home.
๐ Ingredients:
- โ cup skim milk (cold)
- 1 packet unflavored gelatin (about 7 g)
- 2 ยฝ cups heavy cream
- ยฝ cup sugar
- 1 ยฝ teaspoons vanilla extract

- ๐ Pour cold milk into a small bowl. Sprinkle gelatin over it. Leave for 5โ10 minutes to thicken.
